Village Idiot
Who the f*** is Thomas Mueller? It is just unspeakably irritating that the Germans can just unearth a player like that when they need to. Play Mario Gómez FFS.
maybe_next_year
is it just something about playing right-back for argentina which means you automatically can't defend?

chicago_shearer
Just saw Ballack in the stands. Germany not having much trouble without him. Why would they? They can always just call up some 17 year old academy kid with a blank C.V., throw a sinister looking black shirt on his back and watch him transform into the next Beckenbauer. tmonkey
It's not a great ball by Messi though. It's a great idea/vision, but as per usual the pass is slightly overhit. He's Argentina's only hope though. The rest, especially Higuain, seem to want too many touches on the ball whereby the opportunity to play it first time is being overlooked. They need to up this, which hopefully they will as they're probably just a bit shellshocked.
