ponsaelius
What a brilliant minute of football that was in the Ipswich game.
Fugazi
Massive confusion surrounding Osasuna-Barca, still no idea what time/day it's going to be played. Air traffic controllers strike is meant to mean it'll get played tomorrow instead, Osasuna refusing to do that though
Karjala
Apparently Setanta Ireland on 28.5e (sky satellite) are showing Chel-Everton, and is FTA this weekend, if anyone can get tuned in.

Doesn't work on mine but if anyone else wants to try: Services System Setup Add Channels 11.681 V 27.5 2/3 Find Channels Select Setanta Ireland and press yellow to store Hit Select the back out Services Other Channels ...and it should be there. Hmm, did all that but I'm just seeing a blue screen when I go on the channel. Cheers anyway.

Taylor Swift
I say this almost every week (maybe not on here, but in real life definitely), but Nasri's becoming one of the best players in the Premiership. He's certainly in a Premiership Eleven for me right now.

Ketsbaia
For once, the scores are going alright (so far!). Fulham, Birmingham and Wigan losing. Lets hope Big Sam can do something right today.....

Taylor Swift
Arshavin's been better in the past couple of weeks as well. If Fabregas and Van Persie come back and play to their standards, who knows... It's been a roller coaster season so far, many big teams have lost matches that they weren't expected to, but Arsenal look like the best team to me, if they play to their standards. I don't think Man Utd have the players to challenge for the season - Scholes will tire soon, for example - and I have the feeling that Chelsea is prioritising the CL. Taking the League Cup seriously might actually be the best thing Wenger's done for a few years.

Dave
Do people think the blackout on coverage of 3pm kickoffs is still needed?
Taylor Swift
Nasri's been excellent so far, just skipped past two Fulham players and was so close to finding Arshavin with a cut-back for a tap-in.

S.S.R.
Do people think the blackout on coverage of 3pm kickoffs is still needed? It's not needed for the reason it was originally introduced. I don't think it's right that someone from Timbuktu or whatever can watch a game live that is less than 10 miles up the road from me and I can't. leffe186
Do people think the blackout on coverage of 3pm kickoffs is still needed? I like that it still exists, particularly for lower division teams whose attendances might just suffer. That said, I'm watching two games simultaneously here in the US, so I'm all right Jack.
