DubblyDubblyDubbly
Bit of shame West Ham will go down IMO. Proper club but it couldn't happen to a nicer bunch of owners than the porn barons and the MILF. Short memory there.... these cheating cnuts MUST go down http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/competitions/premier-league/4981170/West-Ham-and-Sheffield-United-reach-out-of-court-settlement-over-Carlos-Tevez-affair.html
Mr. Snrub
At least if they do go down, West Ham v Millwall to look forward to next season. :omg:

You don't want to qualify for europe then? No thanks. It's a massive distraction and after experiencing champions league football it's a big step down. Would rather we focus solely on getting a champions league spot next season.

That's a bit arrogant. Spurs aren't all of a sudden too good for Europa League football. And if you's don't make Europe at all players like Modric and Van der Vaart will want out. Its also going to be a heck of a fight for you to get in the Champions League again with Man Utd, Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool and Man City to contend with. You might as well push for a Waffa cup place man, and try to win it. Its like the early 00's when monkeys heed rejected the chance to go in the Intertoto 'cos he wanted to get into Europe 'the proper way' and alas it never happened. Guest kingdawson
I very much doubt player like Modric, vdv, bale or anyone else for that matter gives a toss about Uefa cup football tbh. It's either champions league or nothing for most footballers and this season it's nothing for us. A lack of uefa cup football won't decide whether they stay or not. The uefa cup is now considered a nothing competetion for the majority of teams which is sad. To me it's a distraction that only results in injuries. I'd rather we focus on the premiership and nothing else next season and i honestly don't think either Bale or Luka will be leaving us next season. WarrenBartonCentrePartin
me mam is a West 'Aaam fan, having been born and bred in Stepney. She's claimed not to give a shit about them (or any other club) for ages now, but did say this afternoon it will be 'awful' if they do down.
Guest kingdawson
Next season will hopefully see us get rid of: Gomes, Hutton, Jenas, Woodgate, Bentley, Dos Santos, O'hara, Keane, Pavlychenko and Defoe (if he's not willing to sit on the bench. Niko looks like he'll sadly be off too and there's question marks over palacios and Bassong (neither shold be allowed to leave but i'm guessing they'd want first team football). This will give us some cash to play about with. Redknapp made the biggest fuck up ever last summer by not capitalising on champions league football and bringing in at least 1 world class striker. This time he won't make the same stupid, moronic mistake (i hope).

With the strength in depth Spurs have I can see them shipping a few squad players for a decent amount and thus not being too affected by non CL football next season. WarrenBartonCentrePartin
you're gonna have to spend a fair whack to get a 'world class' striker then, considering folk on here are talking about £8m getting you Shane pissing Long. Then theres wages too...
Cajun
I can't see you shipping 13 players and even if you do it's gonna cost a hell of a lot to improve on them all.
Guest kingdawson
I can't see you shipping 13 players and even if you do it's gonna cost a hell of a lot to improve on them all. No i think Defoe, Bassong and Palacios will be the ones that stay. Maybe Gomes too but one can hope. The rest i'm 99% sure will be off. Oh Naughton will be off too i think. ------------------------------New Gk---------------------------------- Walker/Kaboul---------Dawson/King----Gallas/bassong---------Ekotto ---------------------------Sandro/Hudds--Modric----------------------- ---Lennon------------------------Vdv-----------------------------Bale--- ---------------------------------New--------------------------------------- Sandro i'd start ahead of Huddlestone i think. If Luka does go i'd give VDV the deeper role he plays for the national team and bring in a pacey amc to support the striker a little better then vdv does at times. Maybe a Marin? or Diego? S.S.R.
Not sure it's a decider, Chelsea have a tricky tie at Everton on last day whereas Man U have Blackpool. You lot could always do us a favour of course? Like when you's laid down for West Ham and Hull to send us and Sheff Utd down? Didn't they beat Hull? ponsaelius
Only player I'd take from Spurs out of that list is Kranjcar. I feel he'd flourish at a club where he'd play regularly. The rest are either not value for money or just crap.
