He's got some time under his belt coaching and AssMan-ing at Bolton and Sheff Utd so he's gone about it the right way. If it goes well I would be more than happy for him to manage us one day. I know you're not really making a comparison and the whole good player = good manager is being referred to but I've got a feeling that Gary Speed fits that mould somehow. We'll see.
