Dave
Personally don't see much point in the ratings for this match. Epic performance from them all, especially Carroll. Harper was a bit iffy I suppose.

Taylor Swift
Ratings then Harper - 6: Had fuck all to do except kick and yet he still messed up a couple of times. Enrique - 9: Young and Albrighton were owned by Jose. Owned. Williamson - 8: Calm, composed. Colo - 8: Calm, composed. Perch - 8: Defended well, would like to see him overlap and help Routledge out more. Jonas - 8.5: Tracked back, won the ball, held the ball well and was a good outlet. Barton - 9: Pimp. Ran the show, bitches. Smith - 7.5: He's still shite, man He defended all right but his passing is so limited Routledge - 8.5: Great outlet for our counter-attacks. Nolan - 8.5: Didn't start too well but got involved and scored two nice, typical Nolan goals. Well played. I'm eating some humble pie right now. Carroll - 10: MotM. He's going to get 15 in this league. The thing that impressed me the most is that all three of his goals came from his feet, which shows how quickly he's improving. We all know that he's going to score with his head, but if he starts knocking them in with his feet then he'll be a superb player.

TaylorJ_01
Newcastle's Joey Barton: "We've bounced back from a masterclass from Paul Scholes on Monday of course. We were unbeaten at home last season and we wanted to keep that form going this time. Thankfully I can get rid of my moustache now - it was either my moustache or my relationship, so I'm quite pleased about that."

I enjoy playing my football, I'm happy being the number nine at this club but I just want to do well for the team."
toontownman
Anyone got a pic of the pen miss? Was it Baggio bad? It was pretty close to Baggio bad. He just ripped it. We played like kings today, although we did without have lady luck on our side. Harper gave a needless penalty away and we should have been one down, then Young should have scored to tie it up, clearly on side. bar a very dodgy first half from Harper, everyone was immense. More than Carroll should be eyeing up an England birth if they can keep todays form up and even improve on it.

Rich
WHERE ARE THE GOALS GONNA COME FROM MAN?!? Hope this result redresses the negativity a bit, without tipping the scales the other way of course. We have enough about us, but will struggle if injuries hit any of our key men. Keefaz
Game absolutely hinged on that pen. If it'd gone in, it would've been dodgy for us. After Carew skied it, they were there for the facebumming of a lifetime.
