Guest BooBoo
With today's events, what would everyones first team be in the unlikely event that all players are fit: Krul Perch. Campbell. Coloccini. Enrique Routledge. Tiote. Barton. Jonas Ben Arfa Carroll

relámpago blanco
Campbell? He may prove so but Williamson deserves to be 1st choice also above Colo in my opinion. The idea of playing 2 Carrolls probably won't work though.

Guest BooBoo
Centre backs are tough to choose from. I really like Williamson but I think Campbells experience could be a huge asset this season.
Cajun
I reckon that (Otto's) but; Williamson > Sol Gosling > Barton

Magpie
Gosling has shown nowhere near enough as yet to prove he's got more in his locker than Barton.
Guest malandro
Harper Taylor Williamson Colo Enrique Routledge Barton Tiote Jonas Ben Arfa Carroll This, but I think Hughton would drop Routledge and stick Barton on the right so Nolan can play in the centre. Guest BooBoo
I don't think Gosling has shown anything yet to suggest he's capable of playing in centre midfield.
Guest malandro
Krul can't catch for s***. Yup. A great shot stopper but lacks the composure and all round game to warrant a first team slot atm. Would probably just unsettle the back four.
James
Harper Taylor Williamson Colo Enrique Routledge Barton Tiote Jonas Ben Arfa Carroll This, but I think Hughton would drop Routledge and stick Barton on the right so Nolan can play in the centre. I am pretty sure that Hughton will proceed with Nolan as an attacking central midfielder. The likes of Tiote are coming in as bench players while ben arfa will be used as a versatile attacking playerallowing three options to be covered without the need to sign three players. Guest BooBoo
I think overall Krul is a better bet than Harper. Forster should come back from Celtic next summer and step up to be our new number 1.

Cajun
Gosling has shown nowhere near enough as yet to prove he's got more in his locker than Barton. Either has Barton in the last 3 years barring the last game. If we are being like that we shouldn't really include Ben Arfa as he has proven nothing yet in the premiership. Kimbo
Krul will never be "ready" if he doesn't play games. ----------------------?---------------------- Perch--Williamson--Coloccini--Enrique Routledge--Tiote---Barton--Gutierrez ------------------Ben Arfa------------------ -------------------Carroll-------------------

You may well be right. Though with Smith, Guthrie and at some point Gosling already on the bench with that selection, paying £3m for another midfield bench warmer seems indulgent. Jayson
Cant see Nolan being easily dropped given his standing in our squad, not when hes getting goals anyway. I expect both he and Ben arfa will play in some way. I think Ben arfa's level of awareness for spotting runs would really suit loven to.
