bowlingcrofty
Sod it. I give up, and I give in. I fucking love Kevin Nolan.
Guest toonlass
Worrying that we rely on Carroll and Nolan for 60% of our goals. Still, I look stupid criticising Nolan for his laziness, he's currently very important to us. Aye is awful that we have two of the top 5 goalscorers in the league! No. Ideally, we wouldn't be dependent on two players for 2/3 of our goals.
TRC
We also have HBA coming back, who will probably play in the hole. He'll get a few.
Nobody
Can't be that unusual for teams to have two players score 60% of the goals like, sounds about right.
SUPERTOON
Can't be that unusual for teams to have two players score 60% of the goals like, sounds about right. Pretty much every team other than Arsenal.
Hanshithispantz
The bloke is a grade A coward. Nothing pissed me off more than watching himswan aroudn the pitch as if he owned the place today knowing fine well if Cattermole was on the pitch he'd be a fucking pansy. His tackle on the everton player is a disgrace and only serves to show what a coward he is. I hope nobody snaps Nolans legs because i'm above his shite, but I hope someone knocks the c unt out and heavn knows he wouldnt have been the "hard man" he was today if Cattermole was on the pitch. Seriously sticks in my stomach the amount of people who wanted to sell Cattermole. Shak
Had forgotten about that tackle against Everton, was horrendous. Still, have to eat a bit of humble pie in regards to Nolan. Still not someone I want as a fixture in the side for years to come or anything like that, but he's scored some massive goals for us this year and has easily been one of our most important players. Fair play to him.

Guest BooBoo
I've a load of time for Nolan. You could see how much the goal meant to him yesterday. He's a good captain for us.

Guest BooBoo
Very true, it's not an issue in the slightest. I'd love to see what % of our goals, Beardsley and Cole scored in 93/94.

Hanshithispantz
About time we had any sort of selection headache tbh Carroll Jonas B.Arfa Nolan Barton Tiote ---------------------------- Carroll B.Arfa Jonas Tiote Nolan Barton

AyeDubbleYoo
I wouldn't think it matters which of those we actually play on paper, they'll operate pretty much the same. All I would try would be Jonas on the right, maybe.

AyeDubbleYoo
Nolan would be immense in that first formation BTW, no responsibilities in defence or attack! Free to just pop up for back-heels and knock-downs from Carroll.
Cajun
Said it before but he is tidy as f*** too, play a ball into him and he will get it to a black and white shirt the majority of the team. Whack a ball into him and he will normally bring it down. And he also turns like an oil tanker. I don't really see what's tidy about that. Unless he crashes or sinks I think it can be classed as tidy. Not when he loses the ball more often than not. But he doesn't. He does it at least a couple of times a game when he tries to turn. So not quite more often than not?
Hanshithispantz
I've allways wanted to see Jonas on the right, managers just seem reluctant to play him there for whatever reason though
Nobody
I've allways wanted to see Jonas on the right, managers just seem reluctant to play him there for whatever reason though We have seen him on the right in a handful of games, and he was even worse there than on the left. We've already got Barton on the right anyway, don't try and fix something that's working to perfection.
