TRC
Was a hero when I met him, bought us a round of coronas and we sang Spiderman with him.

TRC
I would loved to remembered it in more detail, but I was shit faced. Was cracking on with him for about an hour or so.
Kaizero
His website makes me even more sad he's (person, not footballer) is leaving, the song combined with Local Hero. He loved us, man. http://www.jonasgutierrez.com/
Big Geordie
as been a good servant to the club, and I wish him well for the future.
mozy
Loved Jonas, especially during that Championship season. Not so much a diver as very good at initiating contact.
Hanshithispantz
He was a proper diver tbf Love him though, it isn't his fault Pardew continued to pick him once his legs had gone.
Wilson
Nice rendition of 'ohhh Gutierrez' tomorrow. Top professional.
Ronaldo
Seems a lovely, professional guy. Appreciated his efforts, even if I hated him as a player.
Stuy_O
Wish him the best, lost a lot of his form the last few seasons but had passion for the club.
Weezertron
Quite a weird feeling knowing he'll be gone, and the likes of Shola too. Easily the among the most likable players in our recent history.
Kanji
Will miss Jonas the bloke, absolutely wonderful professional and an example to others about commitment and pride in our shirt. I'll fondly remember him forever, his (rare) epic goal celebrations (Chelsea last year) etc. Good luck to him, I would love a a situation where he could be applauded off the pitch by the supporters. He's been a hell of a servant to our club- esp during the darkest of times in recent years.

Interpolic
Will always confuse me how he was looking a decent central midfielder for us in that 6 game winning streak in 2012, then was never played there again. Ask Pards.

Tiotes Witch Doctor
Easily better than Sammy, Marveaux and Obertan, would have made a very useful squad player provided Pardew could resist the urge to play him every second of every game. I'm certainly not happy to see the back of him, yet another capable squad player gone.
Ronaldo
Better than Marveaux. Give me a fucking break.
Doctor Zaius
Made Enrique look twice the player he actually is imo.
timeEd32
Better than Marveaux. Give me a f***ing break. More talented, skillful, or threatening going forward? No. More consistent with a better workrate and superior defensive ability? Absolutely. Blame Pards if you want, but Jonas has been far more valuable in is Newcastle career. I'm not willing to completely blame Pards - I think Marv's attitude and application has a lot to do with it, things you could never question about Jonas whether he was playing or not. Hanshithispantz
Pardew completely shut Anita out for half of a season so I wouldn't be too quick to absolve him of blame here.
Andymc1
Better than Marveaux. Give me a f***ing break. Totally agree for once. Happy he's going from a football point of view but his NUFC career overall has been decent and he's been a good servant. Wish him all the best.
