WarrenBartonCentrePartin
needs replacing if we are to move forward. Simple as.
Ketsbaia
It's difficult to imagine us without Jonas because he's part of the furniture. But I think the time has come.
Newcastle Fan
He's no longer good enough to start imo, we need to start someone who will offer us an option and create for our strikers.
Spudil
He is fucking shit. Play him in midfield? having a fucking laugh. Bench.

Elliottman
Such a shame, but he is turning into a liability.
Dyeyzzon
My good 'ol FIFA 09 Manager Mode had him declining rapidly when he got to around 29-30.

toontownman
The guy looks like he is done at the moment. Yes he doesn't stop working but the work he does is questionable at best. Needs benching and resting badly. We offer nothing down the wing when he is playing.
Dr Venkman
We played well in the first half, Jonas, Shola and Simpson stuck out like sore thumbs, they just couldn't keep the ball moving accurately. Anita deserves a run of games in a 3 imo.

GuyP
Becoming more of a Milner player by the week. All running but hardly any input. Or, a run-of-the-Milner player? (it works) Yeah, i feel like he is the weak link of midfield atm, his legs seem to have gone a bit this summer, even last season i thought he did an excellent job in the 4-2-3-1 as part of the 2 but I don't know, he may just be tired too
AlanSkÃrare
Don't know why people are turning on Jonas. Fully agree his days as a winger are a something of the past, but he's decent at keeping the ball moving and still wins us times by transporting the ball and winning free kicks. By no means was he one of our worst performers yesterday, he's never been a good full-back so I have no idea why he was put there for the last 30 mins. Hughesy
I really don't think he played that badly yesterday. Or indeed this season. I am trying to work whether he runs with the ball less due to a decline in his physical abilities or under instruction. Yesterday when he was in the middle he looked like he had been told to hold. And for all his faults at full back - I am beginning to think I would rather have him there than Simpson.
Gallowgate Toon
He's looked shite this season but I agree that it looked like he'd been told to hold yesterday, which doesn't suit him at all. A shame really, he looked very promising last year as a box-to-box midfielder.
Guest firetotheworks
He is the personification of our play at the moment. I don't think he should be singled out too much, though. He looks sluggish, seems to want to just win free kicks all the time, and aside from his covering when defending and his stamina, really offers nothing at the moment. It's harder when it's a player that you have so much time for. I only hope it's form/the need for rest, rather than him being on the road to being past it. He's definitely finished on the left, though.
Lush Vlad
Woeful this season and despite being a fan of his, I can't actually remember his last decent game? Offers sod all going forward and has lost all his pace. Seems undroppable though and I don't expect him to be missing any league games any time soon. Tooj
He needs a spell on the sidelines, although with out next match being Liverpool away that won't happen as Pardew will feel that his work rate is invaluable.
ATB
Shouldn´t be a starter. Does nothing going forward, only slows down our attacks with keeping the ball until he lose it or get a free kick. Better in the center though, but shouldn´t be starting.
Mole_Toonfan
Thought he was one of our better performers today Same, but this place has been surrounded by OTT reactions tonight for some reason. Did you actually watch how bad we were again? I think i should tbh because i'm really not seeing these awful performances apart from a poor 20 minute spell in the second half. Anyway i thought he was pretty good myself yesterday on first viewing but he did play central so that explains that....
