First five games.. going into the next five games

Man Utd away, Villa at home, Wolves away, Blackpool at home & Everton away.

 

Two wins, two losses and one draw.

 

Last week I felt that the villa result had been voided due to us dropping needless points against the tangerines, but a return of 7 points from 5 games is better than I originally thought we'd get.

 

When the fixture list first came out what did you think we'd have from our first 5 games? I thought we'd have 4 points.

Not sure how I thought we would do (difficult in hindsight) but 7 points about what we should have been looking for.

 

Got to aim to win as many of our home games as possible & pick up points here and there away.

 

Biggest disappointment remains having thrown away some potentially important points last weekend though.

I didn't see the game so I can't really comment on that. It did sound like we should have taken one or more chances though.

Same with Blackpool really. We weren't great but still should have at least drawn.

So we are 2 points up.  That Blackpool game was a knacker though. Would have been 3rd tonight had that gone the way it should have.  Really enjoying this season so far.
