Cajun
If you have coloured boots you have to be amazing. Copa Mundials for everyone else. Truth. Copa Mundials, Puma Kings or World Cups. Umbro XAI were acceptable too, in black.
ToonImms
Im a 20 year old attacking full back. I play with the front tooked in and the back hanging out. I like the idea of socks over my knee's but they always full down, in fairness i wear my shorts below my arse anyway.
Colos Short and Curlies
Tucked in. Having a shirt tucked out gives the opposition somehting else to grab onto. Always white socks when in goal.
Canuck
As an over 40 I was brought up with the "tuck yer shit in man" philosophy. It stuck with me, as well as the socks just below the knee cap. As a centre half the shirt comes untucked after the first opposition attack and stays that way for the duration. J7
Wingers should look as gay as possible just to annoy defenders and opposition fans. I used to find it funny how many defenders went out to destroy Ronaldo, only for the lad to take the piss out of them and make them look mugs, all whilst he had his shirt untucked, with tape round his socks, poncy hair cut and girly walk, before ripping his top off after scoring to reveal a 6pack. It just annoyed everyone which was all the funnier.
Cajun
Problem is, most of the people I have seen wearing multicoloured boots and hair bands in real life are fucking shit

Exiled in Texas
Shirt hanging out, socks rolled down to ankles. As a referee - the policy is Shirts Tucked-in (so we can see the shirt pull), but I'm not that bothered really about in/out. Socks must be up though as Shin Guards must be covered. I do watch that one.
leffe186
Hoddle never tucked his in, so I didn't - and never have (unless my coach told me to)...

buzza
I wear my sock pushed down over my ankles for a little bit more protection. Is there any reason for the socks up rule that you reffered to referees??? My boots are black and have loads of smaller studs on them because I find the ones with less studs a bit more likely for me to tip my ankle (had ligament damage). Exiled in Texas
I wear my sock pushed down over my ankles for a little bit more protection. Is there any reason for the socks up rule that you reffered to referees??? Yes, LOTG state that the shinguards must be covered at all times. Shinguards • are covered entirely by the stockings • are made of rubber, plastic or a similar suitable material • provide a reasonable degree of protection The 3rd point from LOTG is laughable as most players want the smallest possible shinguards and look like they borrowed their 7yr olds shinguards. No wonder they roll around on the ground after each tackle.
