toontownman
...And the forum goes mild. Great for the Canadian game to have a not only two teams in the eastern final but one in the mls final. Shame the whitecaps went backwards this year or it could have been an all Canadian final after which neither side would be given a deserved champions League spot as it defaults to the highest US team only. The CONCACAF "not quite" Champions League.
LucaAltieri
It's Seattle's year. Finally got rid of Sigi, so of course they're going to win it with the exact same squad that got him the boot.
Stifler
The eastern conference final 1st leg between Montreal and Toronto has been delayed because they made the penalty box too small.

Deuce
Hoping the league can continue this trend of attracting both younger and 'in-their-prime' talents, rather than blowing loads on over-the-hill players. While the likes of Lampard and Gerrard were able to play at a respectable level (when they actually bothered to suit up), they clearly had no interest in anything other than a pay cheque. Didn't really add anything of value to the league or their respective teams. Especially excited to see teams compete for top young South American talent. As wages continue to rise, think we'll see more South Americans using MLS as a springboard into Europe.
Ameritoon
Atlanta's entrance in the league has been nothing short of refreshing. Hope other expansion teams use them as a blueprint.

CaliMag
wow. That was so very undeserved. ZERO shots on goal... ZERO! And yet they win the Cup! That would be like getting 2.5 million votes fewer than your opponent and yet still becoming president through some arcane backdoor method. Fuck you 2016! Ameritoon
Atlanta's entrance in the league has been nothing short of refreshing. Hope other expansion teams use them as a blueprint. Is this because Atlanta is your rival now, or for not mentioning Orlando's also impressive intro to the league?

LucaAltieri
Seattle win 5-4 on penalties in a game Toronto FC dominated. Seattle came with a gameplan. Always had men behind the ball. They completely nullified a forward line that had been scoring for the fun. The longer the game went on, the more Seattle got into it and looked like pinching it on the break. They went to Toronto and won. It wasn't pretty but it was deserved.
