newsted
Given that most players don't know the laws of the game we should totally do that. But I guess our guys wouldn't know what "indirect" means. Dammit. "See the man?" "See his hand up?" "Kick the ball hard." "Good boy."

henke
This has possibly been done before but can you guys piece together NUFCs history / record in penalty shoot outs. I can vaguely recall going out of the cup around '91, i think that was the first year shoot outs were brought in. Competetive matches only mind, so not that one in Malaysia or where ever it was when Jenas tried to be a smart arse.

Yorkie
If you buy a ticket for Newcastle's away allocation (at any away game), does that all go to Newcastle?
BottledDog
If you buy a ticket for Newcastle's away allocation (at any away game), does that all go to Newcastle? You'd like to think we'd get it all, or at least a share, but not sure we get anything if the Prem is similar in set-up to the Scottish Prem. Different in the FA cup obviously. Disco
Yerba mate leaves in a gourd, filled with hot water from your flask, infused and then drank all in one go through a bombilla (the metal straw). Fucking rank, Argentines and Uruguayans swear by it though.

henke
Not sure the Deportive one counts. But i suppose if it wins you a huge trophy it must be a competetive game, so i'll add it. Guest reefatoon
That list got me thinking, as I thought we might have been knocked out by Watford on pens in the late eighties. We didn't though, what I was thinking was the 1988/89 season, when we played Watford 4 times, as drawn games kept going into replays. (looked this up) It was a 0 - 0 draw at home with them on the 7th Jan, then a 2 - 2 draw at Watford on the 10th Jan. It then came back up to us on the 16th Jan for yet another 0 - 0 draw, to then us being knocked out on the 18th of Jan 1 - 0 back down at Watford. Christ, you can see why they scrapped that idea!
