jukeboxromeo
Bolton have signed Tim Ream from New York Red Bulls. Early Bramble-esque levels of non-concentration in him and prone to the odd howler. yt: Philadelphia Union Red Bulls highlights 4/9/11, 7:40 in. Don't see him making the step up tbh. He's interested Coyle, Hodgson and Wenger recently, and Klinsmann seems to think he'll make it. He must have something about him in that case. Then again, as Sewelly said on RedCafe the other day, he might just be a carthorse like he was in the Gold Cup. Time will tell. I disagree with his comments about our transfers being the main problem, mind you. There are bigger issues to address than that.
ponsaelius
Worth noting mate the GC is the only time I've seen him as I don't watch MLS. I thought he was terrible in that though, against poor sides too.

More the over-reliance on 4-4-2, and Davies, Jussi and Robinson's complete loss of form and talent, and of course the injuries. They're all connected. AyeDubbleYoo
The absence of Sturridge, Elmander, Holden and Lee is pretty massive for Bolton, the difference is between a decent side (last season) and relegation battlers (this season).

Delima
http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2012/jan/26/qpr-samba-diakite-nedum-onuoha Have to say Hughes has always been very impressive when it comes to transfer. A very good football tactician, coach n motivator too. Perhaps City was too big a step up. IMO QPR made a brilliant choice in hiring him
AyeDubbleYoo
Confirmed: Onuoha signs for QPR. Good signing, he's a very decent player. Thought he would have been good for us as a CB who can cover RB, but maybe he wants guaranteed first-team football.

There was indeed talk, think the figure was something like £80k a week? Doubt that it's actually anywhere near that level though...... I reckon QPR have matched the wage he was earning at City.
