All i know is that French teams don't seem to be too good at negotiating, Sissoko wasn't the first great player we got for practically zilch and probably won't be the last. He signed a pre-contract with us and they weren't prepared to have a player who is already leaving play for them and they weren't prepared to pay his wages until end of the season and get noting for him. Bad few days for QPR. If they didn't have that ball-bag-faced cretin as their manager i might of been tempted get the worlds tiniest violin out for them, but they don't even deserve that. He's one of those players that you have to give a free role and make them the fulcrum of your attacking play, something he wouldn't enjoy at Liverpool. It's understandable that he prefers them, mind!
