Yohan Cabaye retires

I won't miss him, his best position was in a 442 next to tiote in the middle.

I think we are better suited to our current 4231 system.

So get lost ugly mug! Hope Ibra kicks your ass for being mediocre!

bah humbug!

he just rolled out a newcastle shirt on the press conference desk in front of him, has pulled his pants down and is squeezing out a turd onto the shirt

oh wow, he's now rubbing his feet around in the shitty shirt, and laughing

@lee_ryder: Cabaye: "Newcastle respected the agreement we had to allow me to leave this January" #nufc

f***ing Kinnear and his outright lies, Should he taken to task

I'm pretty sure Cabaye has been quoted saying he is here until the end of the season.

Pretty damning if true

I'm guessing the agreement was only in place if we got a bid above a certain level.

Kinnear may have thought that that lever wouldn't be reached by Arsenal this window, and PSG were not serious until they got an injury. If that's the case I'd put it more down to Kinnears stupidity than anything particularly damming.

Nice, glad he's saying things like that, softens the blow a little. He's 28, so when an offer like that comes around, he can't deny it really. He will be a big miss, but hopefully Grenier may prove a worthy successor if we get him in.

Au revoir Yohan!

Kinnear's stupidity is damning.

Doesn't make the blind bit of difference. It's not the first bit of proven bullshit from the cunts in charge, it won't be the last.

Admitted to being disappointed to not have left for Arsenal in the summer...

Not so nice. :thdn:

Agreed, did say he respected the decision though and that's the transfer market. Sometimes player wants to leave and clubs don't want to let him go. Got to give him credit though, he busted his ass these last months for the club and without him we'd probably never be in the top half.
