JH
Craig David on SSN says they want £12m for permanent deal, and mentioned £3m as a loan fee. Sounds like whoever goes in for him, that he's digging his heels in as per.
Dokko
£3m loan fee  £12m permenant fee  Suppose they want £90m for Torres while they are at it. Fucking crazy cunts.
Jack Flash
£3million to massively upgrade our team is nothing. Most clubs have paid £15+million trying to do just that.

Jack Flash
Yes, but they get to keep the players they've bought. Because they're willing to pay for them. Funny how that works.

Dokko
£3million to massively upgrade our team is nothing. Most clubs have paid £15+million trying to do just that. For one season, not great when weve alreadly loaned a striker. Don't forget his increased wages at Chelsea which they'll want covered. If we were to buy him back for what they paid then I'd be all for it, anything else doesn't sit right with me.

Why continue to rent a property when you'd have absolutey no problem financially getting on the property ladder?

geordiedean
Like anything in life you have to pay the going rate if you want to buy it....I don't go into PC world and say I'd like an iPad please but I only want to pay a quarter of what it's worth....end result I'd leave empty handed Every other club is paying what they need to to get the playing staff they need we are such a penny pinching tight arse club I mean what is the point in offering these paltry amounts that we do for players it just makes us look a complete embarrassment and a total cowboy outfit

Skirge
More chance of us winning the league than there is Ashley buying Ba back for over £6m after selling him for £7.5m
SEMTEX
Disagree. I think Mike is very good at putting business before pride personally. Much like Vince McMahon.

That's bad if we're in a minority of one. However we must have some amazing negotiators in our hierarchy if we picked up all those players in January at a fraction of their market value. Happy days. TRon
Fact is Chelsea were the only team willing to pay £7m for Demba because of the knee issue. If they are going to ask for big money then there are not going to be many interested this time for the same reasons. If there wasn't the medical issues clubs would pay twice that amount. Skirge
They paid what was required due to the utterly ridiculous get out clause we added to his contract. Not sure why Jose does not rate him mind, gone there and not really featured not even under Benny.
