Nah - isn't a cult hero someone who wasn't completely brilliant, but still remembered very favourably? People like Ketsbaia, Tino... Shola. For example, you'd never describe Shearer as a 'cult hero'. However I had to agree to god knows how many agreements and I was going to get a pittance for it. Also decided it was embarrassing for NUFC and took it down. Went through the agreement and it said that it didn't count if the videos contained any copyrighted content. All of them were of bands playing live.
