midds
Pardew's doing exactly what he was brought in to do. To the letter. He'll not get binned until he's finished the dirty work he was hired to do.
Ishmael
Only circumstances I can see Pardew getting the sack is if we are looking odds on to be relegation candidates. Like bottom 3 by Christmas?
Guest BlacknWhiteArmy
I dare not think about how we'd end up replacing him with next season if he does get the boot.
AyeDubbleYoo
Steve kean, though i wreckon if you went to a different clubs forum most would say Pardew. I doubt it, most people think he's done a decent job.

Fair point I suppose, I guess people might buy into the fact the we're always sacking managers.
jdckelly
Warnock, the fact there was even speculation over his job this summer after winning champ and now has almost no money to spend for me he's nailed on to be out first Kean a close 2nd
Pilko
I honestly think it'll be Moyes. He'll grow disgruntled and leave. EDIT: Unless you mean 'sacked', in which case, Steve Kean.

Ishmael
Moyes has been plodding along for a few years now with limited resources. He could snap, but wasn't he in the frame for a few jobs last season? Not sure that anything special will happen this year to make him leave. Would welcome him here btw. Perfectionist.

Anderson
Steve Kean. Whoever loses the derby out of Bruce and Pardew will also be under massive pressure. I don't imagine Pardew would be, Ashley doesn't come across as the type of owner who cares too much for derby results. I'd agree Bruce will be under pressure if he loses in your own back yard though. Disco
It won't be Ashley putting Pardew under pressure if we turn in a no show in the derby though, it'll be the supporters.
Ishmael
and any supporters willfully putting pressure on Pards after the second game of the season should be rightfully ignored. and burned with fire.
Dokko
Aye, Ashley would keep him longer to piss us off. Reckon Kean, hiding to nothing at Blackburn, probably the only club in the league with worse owners than ourselves.
Guest Wearside
No they wont Are you saying if you lose to Arsenal and Sunderland that Pardew won't be under pressure? I already have Sunderland and Newcastle down for defeats from their opening day games and whoever loses the derby will be under big pressure IMO. I still think the fact that yous are home puts Bruce under more pressure, if we do both lose our first matches.
