Ryan_Taylor
If its a pre-existing problem. Wouldn't it have been picked up in the 'medical' Probably because it's not a serious injury risk; Anderson, Honda, Van Nistelrooy, Torres ect have all had similar injuries in the past But this is us, if it was going to happen, it'd happen at NUFC
Guest ykmkmdd
Newcastle told BBC Sport that they expect to discover the results of the assessment later today. Pardew added: "I'm not actually sure of the mechanics of how it occurred. It's very important he has a good start at this football club, so we want to make sure he's 100%." http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/14932777.stm? Sounds a bit more promising... taxfree
I can't fucking watch another match with Raylor at left back. It's not healthy for myself nor my surroundings. So typical.
Mike
Fucking of course he would get hurt.
ExiledGeordie
Gutted for the lad and whats worse is it means we're stuck with Raylor at left back because he won't play Ferguson. It's injuries like this that p*ss all over the "squad is stronger this year" statements. Actually isn't Ferguson injured too?

ExiledGeordie
Ferguson isn't a left back but then niether is Raylor. Fingers crossed for Santon but if it's the recurrence of an old injury that sounds like very bad news to me. Doesn't sound like he'll be back in a few weeks but lets just wait and see. He's already done well for us in that position. Anyway, neither is Raylor, and he's fucking gash. Should be Ferguson all day.

madras
If true, I couldn't think of many worse pieces of news to get right now. Ryan f***ing Taylor is a disgrace to this sport (unless its against Sunderland or course...) is that a new level of hyperbolic shit, even for this place ? Neither was Nobby Solano but he did a great job at full back for a large part of the season under Roeder. Because he was a good footballer.
