They were more than happy to parade the lad when we bought him. More than happy to say 'look, we bought someone for £6M'.

They SHOULD tell us what's going on because not even being used as a sub, even when he's exactly what we need, is mad.

Absolutely. The guy's not even being a chance to acclimatise even by way of sub appearances. Absolutely inexplicable why he's not being a fair crack of the whip. Its a fucking joke tbh.

In a bid to usher him in gently they've held off playing him, that's now backfired as he's about to get thrown straight in.

whats the difference between ushering in gently and getting thrown straight in ? isn't it just playing or not playing ?

Sub appearances when we're winning? Games against poorer opposition?

Maybe he is just not showing enough in training or he may be finding it tougher than we expected him to.

Maybe, I just think its Pardew being reluctant to drop Taylor.

Hmmmm not convinced that is the case, but as Jonas will be back Taylor will probably keep his place.

He plays left back too.

Aye, very f***ing badly if what I saw at Blackburn was anything to go by.

And what is Raylor? Santon's not a bad left back at all. Complete rubbish. In any case, most will be better than fucking Raylor.
