Anyone watch him last season? Apperantly he's a Boro diehard and has labelled us as the club he'd never play for. Bless him for thinking we're connected in any way. I can understand the mackems. Probably undervalued him there maybe the same as Gayle. I think with Hayden's age and some good performances recently we can get £8 million for Ashley. Trouble is I don’t think Atlanta would be prepared to sell him until the end of their season (so our January transfer window), much like they wern’t prepared to sell Almirón. Martinez is a Championship level striker he’d be the worst striker in the Premier League for his play outside the box. I don’t even think he is better than Gayle who we have loaned out.
