Can't decide whether or not to be pleased with Simmo or not. At least he's not just launching it every time he's got it. But he's not good enough for hold up play. :undecided:

 

Think he's been pretty good this half actually.

 

It's been like watching Cafu when you compare him to the fucking dope on the other side of the pitch.

He has no options in midfield. QPR are doing a pretty good job of forcing us to play it long with some good high pressing.

We've only had the one effort (Best) - We seem afraid to shoot around the box.

Our play would improve so much if we had two ball playing full backs. Ridiculous Raylor is playing. You've had your two free kicks, now fuck off.

Pretty poor, I'm just glad to still be level.

 

Danny Simpson the stand out for us, glimpses from Obertan and Best. Cabaye and Tiote have been overwhelmed and Shola has been predictably pap.

 

Can only improve tbh.
