Sensational journalism from an alcoholic who writes his articles in the Beacon pub in Monkseaton about 5 minutes before they need to go in.

No name of the bar, no name of his source, no date. Sensationalised bollocks.

couldn't give a fuck if its true or not.  Happy enough to see anything reported, fabricated or not, about the two muppets that run our club being cunts/wankers/useless cretins.

said keegan can't handle pressure.............well theres a unique view rightly or wrongly

said shearer was the wrong choice and he accepted responsibility

said hughton couldn't take us further and many think similar

take the bravado out of the language and theres little shocking there.

I suppose you don't think it's unprofessional as f*** to say all this in public then?

too right, but the previous did aswell, martin edwards did at man utd, niall quinn has had his say, hicks and gillett liked to chat. i'd guess the people in charge at most clubs do it, it's all part of the football gossip and tittle tattle.

Tbf hes got a point on Carroll

That he's worth f*** all? Righto.

It's easy for him to say that now aint it. Wasn't worth f*** all when he was banging them in every week for us thats why liverpool wanted him so badly.

Plus all that nonsense at the time about desperately not wanting to sell but andy handing in a transfer request etc is all proven bollocks then if these quotes are true.

He did hand in a transfer request though.

yeah but if these quotes are true then they clearly got the best deal they could then went to andy and told him "your sold"

and andy said "ok, i'll put in a transfer request "

Isn't that what they said at the time?

That when Carroll made it clear that he wanted to go all they were interested was getting the best deal for the club, not that I think they would have turned down £35 million in a lump sum anyway as he wasn't worth that.

It was a good deal for all parties, well apart from Liverpool.

There could realistically never be any doubt that this was the case,Carroll still took the money over refusing to leave like, but no footballer ever stays where they're not welcome. The fact remains we didn't have to accept any bid though.

This opinion always falls down when Carroll handed in a transfer request.

Dodgy source like. In some random pub, through likely a second hand source.Virtually impossible to prove or deny it happening.

Well if Llambias launches action against the newspaper, it's not true. If he doesn't then...well, draw your own conclusions.

No mate, Llambias never takes action against the media. Ever.
