Were being targeted by the papers now, this is where they want to knock us from 3rd and take the p*ss as we fall.

Such a victim mentality. No need.

Its not, its reality, its not just a victim mentality for us, its just how the papers work, there are 100 of examples in all walks of life, if they set out to pick on someone they just do, true stories or not, it wont matter, if something else comes up to do with another club, they will switch to that if it suits them.

As Robster says, I think they're after Llambias and Ashley. Sure, they'll have a pop at the fans for being a bit too emotional, but that's fair game, tbh. We are an emotional bunch.

 In terms of the bigger picture/the future, this article is good for us - shows that the press are after the 'current regime'.

Freddy Shepherd and John Hall will no doubt dip into their deep pockets to save us from this clown inflicted on us by the selling of this club down the river by whichever clowns sold it to Cashley and co.

Yeah man when im talking to fans of other clubs they aren't oblivious to Ashley and Llambias and they know how s*** they are and actually sympathise with me. I doubt the press guys like them very much either so wouldn't mind them doing the usual media witch hunt thing on them.

Won't exactly be hard to catch old dekka being a bellend we just something really big to stick.

they don't know how shit they are, they just go off the ire  we put out there.

haway man mick, stop taking my job of being so pedantic. you know it's like when we say "alan smith is s***" when really we just mean he's actually in real terms very good but just not good enough for where we are now.

I'm commenting on what he said, not what I thought that he meant.

Aye that is true, i just hope it stays on them two or just dies a death, i'd much rather us fly under the radar plodding along without the ego's (Barton, Nolan), collecting points and sitting in that top 7 or so, not in the news for this cack, nothing distracting like.

This all has an upside...though probably hard for most others to see right now, granted.

This is the beginning of the end of this era.

A new chapter is about to be written. :snod:

don't hold your breath

:sadnod:

I dunno like. Their behaviour over the past week stinks of hubris on such a grand scale that it is rapidly becoming fatal. There's so much that rings true in those two reports (i.e. that you can just imagine Llambias saying that s***) that you know these c***s are absolutely f***ing ruthless bastards. It's clear that they've only ever been interested in NUFC as a vehicle to grow the SportsDirect.com brand, any doubt on that was removed this week with the stadium renaming debacle...and those few who have been doubting their profit motive being their sole interest (or more accurately, who have been turning a blind eye because of the winning streak recently) can have no doubt now, surely. The Season Ticket sale was cynical, but ultimately may prove self-defeating when they realise renewals dry up as everyone holds on to see if discounted STs resurface next summer (assuming people don't actually f*** off completely in digust at the stadium renaming, which is far more likely). The media catching on to the fact that Ashley and Llambias are such cretinous twats will make it increasingly difficult for them to hold onto NUFC, they will be forced out, it's just a matter of time now. They have sown the seeds of their own destruction.

Hmmm, some good points there. Yeah, the media seem to be slowly realising that Ashley and Llambias don't have the football club's interests at heart and are disrespectful dickheads.

However, in all likelihood, Ashley/Llambias don't give a fuck what the fans and the media say so will do their utmost to hold onto NUFC :undecided:

Steve Kean hasn't been given an extended contract as things stand.

The fact it's even been talked about though beggars belief. They are probably worse than this lot in terms of how solid their investment is.

Talk shite, man. The only way to do that is for us not to exist as a club.

To make him more valuable.

Is he not talking about him at the time of the sale when he says “He’s worth f*** all!”

I think what he's saying is that he didn't rate him as highly as others did (leading to his burgeoning GeordieMessiah Mk 2 status) but he knows how to sell sand to Arabs and he knows how to pass granulated shite off as sand as well, and then charge extra for hit cos he's a fucking cockney barrow boy wheeler dealer.

It seems a weird choice of words from Llambias.

well whenever anyone says or posts anything it's natural to react on what you think they meant as opposed to literally what they said.

I was probably taking him too literally, it's late.

you have been out haven't you you little tinker
