Not really sure what Sammy offers to be honest

He doesn't really offer anything at the moment. It's a fucking joke he comes on every week.

I don't think he's really that good yet. Bored of seeing him replace Obertan week after fucking week.

Lack of creativity. Was a perfect game to have HBA on the right cutting in, which would have created space for Simpson to knock balls in and would have given us another player who can do something, instead of relying on Cabaye.

I've given Pardew a lot of credit and rightfully so, but the lack of a clear Plan B really costs us on days like this.

Needed to freshen things up in the 2nd and did nothing.  Not utilising potentially our best creative outlet in HBA and instead leaving Obertan on for far too long and replacing him with the increasingly poor Sammy Ameobi shows a lack of flexibility.

Very, very disappointing afternoon.

Second week in a row where AP should be taking most the blame.  Horrendous second half tactics, Obertan goes from best player on the pitch to worst, Ben Arfa still sat on the bench and the donkey brothers somehow manage to get on and do sweet FA yet again.

We were too direct and lacked any sort of creativity or cutting edge whatsoever.  Swansea are utter shite and have a terrible away record, feels like a loss.

Not subbing on Ben Arfa is baffling. It was clear the attack was lacking a cutting edge, we controlled play all game and hadn't scored. Clearly something wasn't right, and Ben Arfa coming on could've brought a new dimension on. Subbing Shola for best was doing nothing to change that.

Could have came on down the left or right, not as if Jonas fancied attacking down there

Isn't very good down the right either. I'm getting sick of this trend of playing wingers on their weaker side.

Shocking decisions second half! Pardew must be responsible for this, in a game which was lacking creativity and for once we do have a player and he doesn't get on! He might say he had Vuckic on for Tiote cause he was injured but HBA should have been on before Sammy long time ago. Dont know whats happening on the training ground but im slightly worried about this situation.

Very frustrating. We played decent in first half and was unlucky not to score, but we just got worse and worse in the final third as the game went on. Ben Arfra should have come on, but Pardew just wanted to go long ball late in the game and Swansea found it easy to defend.

Frustrating. But thats football..

We played well in general, created a lot of chances, kept them out the game 1st half

No real injuries (assuming Tiote just had cramp)

Younger lads had a decent run out

Didnt concede

Ba played a belter. Deserved at least 2 goals

..Needed Ben Arfa.. and better wide men..
