Beren
Best player on the park today. Usually the case tbh Disappointing to see him increasingly feel the need to go it alone because no one else was moving around him.
Ronaldo
Watch Santon on their first goal, he got nowhere near his man. He's overrated, in fact mostly by various people on this forum, I've never heard any one in the press ever big him up. And? Coloccini was called a 'dog' by the local press and a 'total liability' by the national press. Santon's been very good this season.
toondra
hatem need players like marveaux to play with, he is too good for this club, would love to see him with good players around him, the chance for newcastle is that he is not sure to be a starter in the big four and he wants to play
Minhosa
Best player on the park today. Usually the case tbh Disappointing to see him increasingly feel the need to go it alone because no one else was moving around him. Absolutely. The lack of movement from our front 6 is always fucking dire, HBA excluded. There just seems no intelligence to their movement. Cisse, Ameobi(s), Ba (to a lesser extent) and Cabaye just seem so fucking static. I keep coming back to it but the word that jumps out to me every game is 'fluidity'. Dr Venkman
Starting to genuinely fear him sacking us off now, he's too good for this team under this manager.

Minhosa
How long before he gets sick of this shit and is jumping on a plane ? I'm very surprised the toys haven't come out of the pram as yet. It's not like he doesn't have a history of that sort of thing.

Ronaldo
The fact he ran almost the length of the pitch and had to lay it off to Shola Ameobi pretty much sums up the game, season, club and everything.

Deuce
I must be in the minority that think he wouldn't do that to us Nah, I'm with you on that. Same. Though when push comes to shove around a new contract, Ashley better be coughing up an amount adequate to keep him here. Which is to think about. Guest firetotheworks
That's the first time that I've thought he'll start getting fed up. He shouldn't be in a team that loses to Swansea and West Ham at home.

alexf
There was a moment near the end where he had it on the edge of the penalty box and there was just nothing on. Absolutely nothing. Really hope he outstays Pardew in his time here much like the Souness Bellamy era where i was hoping Souness went before Bellamy but we all know how that worked out. Deuce
Depressingly ball greedy today. Been poor for the last couple of months. He shouldn't be made to feel that he's the only capable player in the attacking third. The off-the-ball movement from the front 6 is daft.

Super Duper Branko Strupar
He should have played things to Ba a lot earlier today imo. They are the only 2 at the moment showing anywhere near enough quality to hurt teams. Yes he worked hard today and showed some real quality as per, but often, due to poor runs and positioning from some other players, that quality was wasted. He does need to realise he's going to get hounded out, especially when he tries to get down the side of the box. He could pass and move a lot more for me, that would be even more devastating. I'd also like to see him tried in a front two if we play 442. Obviously we don't have the personnel to do that at present, but if Pardew is goign to insist on a target man style and a runner, Ba and HBA could be great imo.
