There will be hell on in here if he doesn't impress in the trial and he goes back!

Then someone will suggest Ashley was never going to part with £12,000 anyway and was just doing it so we looked like we were still looking for a forward.

I'll bet you any money you like, if he does well on the trial we'll offer less than Eastleigh.

He's got a Youtube compilation :fwap:

Observations:

Cool penalty taker.

Dangerous from set plays. Powers in a bullet header.

Curls a beautiful FK round the wall.

Missed from a yard though like :D

We've already got Besty to do that, and he does it well.

They were allowed to replay their final Premiership game with Everton though which had previously been abandoned at Half Time as a now-mentally-ill Jamie Parker took the team hostage during the interval. He was killed by armed police following that incident. Harchester United did survive relegation but Doyle didn’t as he was found dead.

Eh? The keeper was shot dead ("He was killed by armed police") and Doyle was found dead as he shot himself in a different incident.

 Pards: "We liked the look of the lad but at the end of the day Eastleigh were offering fantastic money and we have a really tight wage structure here"

A statement on the Eastleigh forum said: “We have today spoken with Bognor in respect of Jason Prior, and withdrawn our offer for the player.

It is a FACT that we had a confirmed agreement with Bognor to sign the player on January 3rd 2012. Both Clubs have come to agreement in respect of this matter, no further action will be taken by either Club.

“Eastleigh Football Club has acted with complete propriety throughout this entire episode, and entirely within FA rules. No further official comment will be made.”

Taking tips from Llambias.

I don't understand why they would end interest like, is it out of spite?

You can hardly blame the lad for wanting to chance his luck in the Premiership, even if the chances of him passing the trial are slim (I don't know this like).

They sound pretty bitter. If I had to guess it would be because of this: http://www.newcastle-online.org/nufcforum/index.php/topic,91270.msg3415539.html#msg3415539
