Win tomorrow would be huge for our top 5 aspirations. Finishing above Liverpool would be hugely satisfying and a nice fuck you to Carroll and Enrique. They have terrible, terrible players and their fans barely exist. They don't deserve to be anywhere near the premier league, and it's no fault of Martinez's imo. Yeah, Martinez is doing his best with what is a shite squad. He is attempting to get the team to play some good attacking football but the lack of resources at his disposal is really preventing him from properly implementing his plans. This is Norwich's first season in the Prem, for example, think that's (oddly) a big advantage for them. Wigan have Caldwell at the back, man. CALDWELL. Watched a bit of Lilla/Auxerre, a cameraman followed the Auxerre manager into the tunnel at halftime and he was having a go at Lille's manager (I believe) all the way until they got to the changing room.
