Says it all. If O'Neill really thinks paying £14million for Fletcher (which is realistically double his true value) is sensible, then he's a bigger crackpot than I first thought. Dzeko plays in a team which creates countless chances and he messes up opportunities all the time by being too slow. At least Fletcher has a good attitude and does a lot for the team. Dzeko can be selfish as fuck, slow and very hit-or-miss when it comes to striking the ball. They're both good in the air. He started last season very well, only when Aguero was up to speed and Mancini started rotating Dzenko more did his form dip.
