I thought all ST holders automatically got member status too. I bought a ticket this morning (using the choose a seat option before it got turned off), took ages but didn't get problems otherwise. It was doing similar to me with the Benfica tickets last week too, took until after lunch for me to actually be able to select some seating. Only thing I could suggest is logging out and logging in again, or trying a different browser/computer in case it's something cache/cookie related. Cheers, but i've logged in and out loads as it's crashed, used IE and Firefox and so have my mates. Aye, i think it's blocked ST holders and it's members only, I walked up at dinnertime and bought 2 over the counter and the kid in the box office said the online system just can't cope cos it's too busy. Still seats together in the platinum club and Level 7 only, everywhere else singles only. Was a decent queue but there were 3 people on and i only waited 10 minutes. Fuck the option 1, 2, 1 business. Was calling and doing the 121, and trying online, but it was a mess. Called and did this, fixed in 2 minutes. Cheers mate!
