Dave
This head start from Brucey really needs to be set upon. If Brucey gave us a head start then what did Artie Ziff give us seeing as they've performed worse under him and the points gap has widened? A head finish?! Presumably without the headstart they'd have been above us, and therefore on 66pts+ and even closer to the CL than we were. What is their highest ever points total in the last 20 years? Hanshithispantz
So according to that daft table the entire "big 6" were robbed of points this season Fuck off man, Man Utd 6 points worse off

samag
you got to love them, we must remember they have a better manager than us to go with their stronger squad, so it must have been luck we finished 20 points above them

Dave
I like the contradiction between our players not being brought in as cheaply as everyone makes out and us being stupid for anticipating decent money being spent replacing players we might sell. So we spent money on players but we won't spend money on players. Which is it, make your mind up.

Neil
That's probably the thickest forum thread I've ever read.
NG32
I could understand the luck concept if we only finished one or two places above them and to reach that final postion we had some serious refing decisions go our way in the last few games. But 20 fucking points man!
Hanshithispantz
They've either got no shame at all, or they genuinely don't realise just how cuntish, bitter, and retarded they look.
Hanshithispantz
Ignoring any decisions that went against us, what decisions this season have undoubtedly gained us points? Wolves - 2 Man U -
Sima
Ignoring any decisions that went against us, what decisions this season have undoubtedly gained us points? Wolves - 2 Man U - 1 They'll argue that our home game against them we shouldn't have got any points.
Guest reefatoon
They should count themselves lucky they had Bruce at the start of the season to get the points on the board they did. Looking at Oniell's stats, he would have had the fuckers relegated if he had been in charge all season.
Mr. Snrub
So their latest straw clutch is that we only did it against the shit teams. Let's compare records against the 'big teams' then shall we. Sunderland Man City - 4 points Man Utd - 0 points Arsenal - 0 Points Chelsea - 0 Points Spurs - 1 Point Total = 5 points Newcastle Man City - 0 Points Man Utd - 4 Points Arsenal - 1 Point Chelsea - 3 Points Spurs - 1 Point Total = 9 points Oops, that's yet another #mackemlogic theory blew out of the water, sorry lads. You'll have to think of something else now as to why we finished 20 points ahead of you.

There was one of them phoned Total Sport last night, saying the reason for their flat end to the season was that 'they got safe too early'. #MackemLogic
Fenham Mag
The first derby of next season is going to kill a few mackems off. They are absolutely frothing at the mouth because of our season.
