Pity you didn't draw Levante/Atlético, I travel to both cities often for work and would have loved to try to arrange watching you live in Europe.

Next year at the Camp Nou I guess.

Don't think Barca will be that bad this season tbh.

Carlos Henrique, Bordeaux player.

"I don't know much about Bruges, I'm sure there'll be lots of Brazilians at Maritimo, and at Newcastle, there is a terrific atmosphere."

Hope we don't play too much of a weakened side at home mind, think all 3 are going to raise their games here.

The Club Bruges manager is bigging us up. :smitten:

"Every football fan knows that the level of these countries is quite high. Newcastle finished 5th in the Premier League last year, which is the equivalent of being champion in a smaller country".

Let's move to Belgium and play there!

Maybe we can sell our place in the Premier League to PSG for £100m and we'll go and piss Ligue 1.

It's still there , I can't be arsed changing it yet! I'm shockingly hungover and can barely move so I might make a different one today.

I really want to go to Brugge, there's absolutely no fucking chance this will go to members sale though  :dave:

Another travel option would be to take the ferry at North Shields. Ijmuiden to Brugge is about 3 hours by car, plus you get to visit Amsterdam.

Visiting Amsterdam and driving doesnt sound like a plan mind

Fair point. About 5 hours by public transport.

No direct trains? Sure someone said that was about 3 hours yesterday

All the options I can find on the Dutch public transport site from Amsterdam to Brugge on a Thursday afternoon (https://9292.nl/en/journeyadvice/station-amsterdam-centraal/brugge-be/arrival/2012-09-20T1659/2) are showing multiple changes and even the occasional ferry.
