54
good news for me personally, but it is a bit stupid changing it at such short notice. This
Ryan
Good news for me about the Swansea one as it means I can watch it on holiday Hate Sunday home games though.
Ishmael
Excellent for me, pub across the road has SKY and ESPN Obviously tragic for season ticket holders and the like.
Mick
Life's too short to care about these changes man That's not true as I'm now missing the Norwich game as I'm going away Saturday night.

SteveMc
I'm really elated that i expended a hundred quid on train and match tickets for norwich on weds night. Fair play to the club. My ticket arrived yesterday with details on how to claim a refund due to date change
Scoreboard82
Shelled out another £104 for a new train booking to Swansea and another night in a hotel. Got a refund of £24 for a train previously booked between bristol airport and back. £80 out of pocket but an extended weekend away to look forward to. Cardiff Fri night, Bristol Sat. Guest johnson293
been that for a few weeks hasnt it? Doesn't seem so, even Man City suggesting it's just been changed... http://www.mcfc.co.uk/News/Team-news/2012/February/Newcastle-trip-now-on-Sunday EDIT: Just seen its to avoid the FA Cup Final, so I do remember hearing all that weekends fixtures would move. 54
I thought all the premier league games were move to the sunday because of the FA cup final.
Scottish Mag
The Man City could still be moved either for TV or if they continue a run in Europe so its pretty pointless announcing this as a change when its still open to another move. Waste of time booking travel etc for a good while yet.

JH
With this new change' date=' the Magpies will be have been live on television 20 times during the 2011/12 campaign in all competitions - 16 of those on Sky and four on ESPN.[/quote'] 45% of our games
LFEE
With this new change' date=' the Magpies will be have been live on television 20 times during the 2011/12 campaign in all competitions - 16 of those on Sky and four on ESPN.[/quote'] 45% of our games Quite staggering really... But we are one of the few clubs who's support rarely dips due to live broadcasting... How many other games have you watched this season and it feels like its being played behind closed doors... Mole_Toonfan
Not really suprising, City could easily still be in the title chase when this game comes around and we could easily be still in the top 4 shake up. From Sky's POV is really a no brainer to get this game on TV.

geordie_b
The end of season prize/tv money will be very interesting. Last year we got more than the mackems despite being several places lower in the league
Dave
Bad for fans. How? 20 games on telly means a hell of a lot of fucking about with travel arrangements. Loads of people (many on here for a start) end up losing money on travel they've already booked and/or paid for.
