Will we qualify for the Champions League? Sadly not...

As usual, we didn't show up when it ultimately counted.

yep. Bar Chelsea we has been garbage against the top teams. Hope our season has given us the tools and foundation to be even better next season.

It's a fair point to an extent. Our from home, our points haul against top half sides was very poor.

The only top 8 team we didn't take points off were the champions. It was a rubbish comment tbf.

Ok. Garbage was little over the top (and I had forgotten Manure home). But What I mean is that we never really stood a chance in many games.

Arsenal (h): We took a point. But my good, that was close... (a): close to a point. But Arsenal was clearly the better team.

Man City (h) (a): Clearly the best team. Leave it with that.

Man Utd (h): Super game. (a): Team effort but we were luckily to get a point.

Chelsea (h): We stood no chance. (a) Super game

Tottenham (h): Good game (a): -

I also think we has problems to control games. to keep the ball in the team to stop team to attack us when we are playing badly.

Yeah,we seemed to struggle to slow a game down and keep the ball to kill the momentum of the other team, hence often conceeding several goals in a row at times.

You say poor, but I'd like to see what the rest of the league's record is against the top half?

I don't know the answer but I'd like to see Chelsea, Spurs and Arsenals point hauls from the same away games.

Chelsea got 6, Spurs 9, us 7...not much in it.

Chelsea (h): We stood no chance.

What are you on about?

That Chelsea home match was one of the most unjust results of the season.  We hit the woodwork about 84 times and got cheated out of it.

If the ref would have had the bottle to set off Luiz they wouldn't have won.

Everything else about this season aside, giving no team but the eventual champions 6 points is bizarrely satisfying.
