Him and Sissoko create the most chances for us, Honestly how the right back is creating more attacking intend than the right midfield is strange.

He's like an extra RW. Such a remarkable upgrade on Simpson. Poor crossing today, but I can live with that.

He was unlucky with one of the balls where he drilled it to the front post but their defender stopped it for a corner. Due to the fantastic performances of Sissoko he has gone slightly unnoticed in the media but glad we finally got him when we should have definitely had in the summer and people could argue we would never be in the position we are now.

Still think as frustrating as it was Stoke are built to withstand crosses into the box and Begovic is very very good at dealing with them, still with that into account if he'd made better crosses that reached anyones head that was a very good display by him, silly as that sounds. Attacked well, and don't remember much threat coming down his half. Ace player.

Fantastic player but his crosses float too much. They're pointless against Stoke.

Would have been better for the players to attack the box and for him to cut it back from the byline. Those cut backs, one-twos around the box are so effective, it's surprising why we don't really do that.

General movement was poor on Sunday though.

In his first half a dozen games he's looked a 7/10 RB for defending and an 8.5/10 going forward.

I think that's fair enough. Hopefully we can get him up to an 8 for the start of next season.

This - it was very short-sighted not to complete the transfer and may have cost us dearly had we not ended up spending big bucks in Jan..

One of his crosses was absolutely f*cking class but somehow it missed everyone, getting quite annoyed at no one EVER attacking the ball tbh.

would you take carroll back?

I would for 8 mill .. Provided he doesn't start every game and he mainly features against teams like Stoke and West Ham .. Plus adds another dimension to our game when we are chasing the lead

I agree, no more than 7-8 mill and not at the expense of a fast striker also
