I wonder what Martin Keown thinks of this.

 

They've lost Sagna, who is "more of a man" and replaced him with Debuchy who he doesn't rate. He was already a little upset during the France game the other week, as an Arsenal fanboy this must hurt.

 

He still rating him now and by christmas he'll be better than Sagna

The price means fuck all as it has no effect at all on players coming in. Could be £80mil but it still wouldn't increase our chances of getting a competent replacement.

The price obtained for players sold probably does matter e.g. Sell for £10m, £5m goes in to the transfer fund. Sell for £5m and £2.5m goes in to the transfer fund.
