Dave Posted May 13, 2012 Share Posted May 13, 2012 Proper clutching at straws here because CL football could have transformed our prospects, but I can't help but think the EL is a bit more reflective of our current position as a club anyway tbh. The other consideration is that if we qualified this year and our players got a taste of it, then we couldn't keep up that position next year (very likely) they'd probably get itchy feet, like Bale.
