Doubt he'd have got that time on the pitch if Pards isn't considered entering him into rotation considering how think we are on strikers and so many games. I'd be happy for him to go out on loan, does seem waaay to soon.

Just wanted to say that he was very pleasing to watch in the Cardiff game. Seems to have a very good footballing brain, very direct and keeps the ball close to his feet. Seems very much a number 10. Cardiff really couldn't handle him.

From the highlights he looks like he has a very good footballing brain. Knows what to do as soon as he gets it. The touches and passes he made looked like a player full of confidence and ability. His pace looks frightening as well. Very exciting if he can make a couple of cameos this year. Attitude seems to be spot on as well. His size won't matter if he's good enough.

He has the talent to succeed, his size shouldn't matter. It might do to Tony Pulis and Fat Sam but f*** them.

It sounds like he has a great touch, movement and pace as well as being a good finisher, size doesn't mean f*ck all with a player of that skillset.

As long as you don't play like Pulis and Fat Sham as you said.

Great news he did well and looks good.

Hopefully he is ready for the step up, we might need him at this rate! Seriously though, age should not prevent him getting chances and with all the extra games, maybe he will make the step up.

Lets hope so, bar Carroll and Taylor - we really need more youth making it to the first team, and staying there.

:llorente?:

Pretty much agree though. We need not only more youth, but more local lads.

36 minute hat-trick for the lad in today's opening U21 Premier League game vs Spurs.

And an assist.

That's impressive. Hopefully they'll have the highlights up over the next few days, I'll look forward to seeing that.
