WarrenBartonCentrePartin
his mantra really is "take pace off everything" whether it be crosses, wingers, the game itself...
ponsaelius
I've never understood the "if you want the manager out, you must name his replacement" crack. I'd never heard of Yanga Mbiwa but that didn't stop me knowing there was a better centre half than Williamson somewhere on planet Earth. his mantra really is "take pace off everything" whether it be crosses, wingers, the game itself... A good analogy.
jimmymag
http://www.thenorthernecho.co.uk/sport/10368733._/ Don't read this then He's so limited. Clueless is a better description. And the comment on Ben Arfa fitness, "We're trying to be very clever", is terrifying.
Guest neesy111
What has Pardew done before NUFC to show he can turn it around? I remember Ipswich getting to 5th under that piece of shite George Burley.
colinmk
Just had a read back over the past few pages, can't honestly believe the Fergie shit has reared it's head again.
Kimbo
Have some faith with Pardew. Everton stood by Moyes when they finished 17th ....and so should we. In the long run we will become a more consistent team. Before Moyes went to Everton he had taken Preston from the bottom of division 2 to the playoffs in division 1. Before Pardew came here he had just been sacked by league 1 Southampton, before that he had been sacked by Charlton as they were on the way to being relegated from the championship, before that he got sacked from West Ham as they were getting relegated from the premiership. The similarities between Pardew and Moyes don't go very far.

Guest icemanblue
God, he's a proper silly billy. I wish he'd just not bother with managing the football and do something daft instead.
themanupstairs
Who would you prefer to see out there? Sissoko or Anita? Obertan? Is that the ONLY formation we can play? We don't need "wingers" because we haven't got any.

We don't need "wingers" because we haven't got any. Now you're moving the goalposts. Of course it's not, but it does tend to be the one we've played lately. Ronaldo
The options out wide are an absolute embarrassment to NUFC.
Rich
Pardew did experiment with a 4-3-1-2 a few times when Ba and Cisse were both here. With the added athleticism of Sissoko and Gouffran I don't see why we couldn't have a bash at it again. As I've said before; our 4-2-3-1 is the pits. mrmojorisin75
he'd go with a 4-3-2-1 if he had an ounce of fucking sense, at least try to pack the midfield and protect the defence walking away with a 0-0 from this would a victory in itself
Guest Dontooner
The only formation that works for Pardew is 4-4-2 which has same patterns of play, any other formations i had see so far just being throw together and hope to god it works.

Guest Dontooner
How do West Brom out pass us by so much unbelievable...Steve Clarke is a pretty good coach...his team is playing quite well. Would throw him in the Hat if Pardew goes.

Flip
So predictable it hurts. This. This is what does my head in. It's so predictable. We all knew it. And now we'll either concede or Cisse will get a last minute goal.
