Ishmael
As soon as the lass said 'comings or goings' he stroked his forehead. Oh sheeeeet, man! Get those body language people in, immediately. (PS/ he's suggested buying a full back woop) Definite frustration being held back.
Kaizero
http://www.indiabix.com/_files/images/body-language/8-50-12.jpg The Eye Rub - 'See no evil' says the wise monkey, and this gesture is the brain's attempt to block out the deceit, doubt or lie that it sees or to avoid having to look at the face of the person to whom he is telling the lie. Men usually rub their eyes vigorously and if the lie is a big one they will often look away, normally towards the floor. Women use a small, gentle rubbing motion just below the eye, either because they have been brought up to avoid making robust gestures, or to avoid smudging make-up. They also avoid a listener’s gaze by looking at the ceiling.
Shearergol
Because you can talk to the owner the day before the window closes to ask if he can bring a player in? We're not spurs ffs!

Stifler
It shouldn't take an injury to Taylor to force our hand into the transfer market. It has been obvious all summer and since last summer that we need cover at RB and we don't have anyone quality there, it's also been evident for a while that we could do with another forwards, possibly a winger, and a CB. Ted Maul
Yeah we're definitely going to have to play some better players if we're going to get anywhere in the Europa, that's ultimately Pards' decision. Thought Obertan, Marv and Colo were class, Ba did alright, Perch was mint until he came off as always. Vuckic showed some nice glimpses of what he can do, Bigi was alright but still has some work to do on his game which is natural seeing as he's so young. Yorkie
Won the tie in the first half so seriously took the foot off the gas. Can't see that being the last time we do that in this competition; only we'll be up against better teams who could punish us. I'm pleased we're through but my excitement for the tournament has seriously dwindled considering the paper-thin squad we've got for the season. If we've got to play the kids every time then we'll stutter and probably get knocked out fairly soon.
Guest optimistic nit
on that performance marv is the only one of our 2nd XI (apart from perch) who I would be happy with starting in the premier league. Obertan was ok, but needs to sort his crosses out. Tavernier looks to have a lot more technique that Bigi or Vuckic based on that performance, if we can get him defending properly we'll have a good player there. TRon
Some great movement and football at times in that game but the final ball was pretty woeful for the most part, as were the dead ball kicks. Marveaux was class though.
