The one that came after seems a bit of a forgotten classic:

Considering how some of the s*** we've had down the years has aged, that still looks smart as f***.

That collar material. :anguish:

Had it. Can remember it being abit rought on the neck playing footy. Still loved wearing it at the time though  :aww: (like nearly every kit back then)

p.s. do remember the shirt material being lush. ALSO I always used to love picking the white bits of material out from the inside of the tops on the logos, like from inside the d's on addidas

The collar on that fucker would stretch low enough so that you could take a piss through the neck hole man. It was itchy n arl. Awful.

I still wear the scarf of that. I was mortified when I was given it as a present at the time but I love it now. It's scratchy as fuck mind.

Still got this in the loft.  It's known as the Bullet Nipple shirt.  Ouch.

Class shirt though.

No mention of the best away kit we've had since the brown and blue hoops?

Clicked the minute you put it over your head but good God was it sexy.

Worst material known to man.

My preferred away shirt from my NUFC supporting times.

I had this kit, was actually my first one too

The Grand-dad kit from adidas and the Champions League season home kit are by far my 2 favorite kits we've had in ages. I'll throw in this season's for the collar and last season's for how much fun last year was.

Funny how the kits we love directly correlate with the great seasons we had.

that was my first one as a kid, must have worn it virtually non-stop from the ages of 4-9 (was quite a small, skinny child) until i got the yellow/green striped away kit with the sew on greenalls patch. i was devastated when it had to be thrown out, although by that time i had to reluctantly admit it was too small for me. the originals cost a fortune on ebay so i was actually pretty pleased with score draw bringing out the replica ones.

i did get a few of these as hand-me-downs, short sleeved/long sleeved, with the shorts. i'd have guessed probably around 1990 or so. i didn't realise they were a canny age at the time. wished i'd kept and framed them tbh.

it really was a lush kit, that.  Did click extremely easily though.

Excuse my ignorance, what do you mean when you say it "clicks"?

It's when you start getting little nicks in the fabric, so it's no longer perfectly smooth as new.  Usually happens when you brush against something and a thread catches and pulls.  The cheaper the fabric, the more likely it is to happen.

Need to pop open my old kit box and see what I have in there ... recall having some random ones too. Like an Inter Milan Umbro Away kit. A Czech Republic home kit, Poland home kit.

Pretty sure I own a ton of our terrible away kits too

My dad would buy a kit for me at every country he'd travel for business or vacation with my mom so I have quite a random collection.
