How is it a disgrace when he's play almost every match this season? If anyone in the team has a right to suffer a muscle-related injury caused by fatigue, it's him.

 

The whole team has been unfit all season. They're professional athletes and the amount of muscle injuries we've picked up this season is a disgrace.

 

Yep. He should be able to withstand 1-2 matches per week, especially at his age.

 

Yes because that's how it works. Tell that to Michael Owen who played too much at a similar age to Santon.

Nonsense. He's not 25. His muscles aren't anywhere close to being as strong as they will be in a couple of years.
