KaKa
If I was to talk to someone in the real world who confessed to being highly religious I'd probably secretly find them a bit loopy tbh. It just comes with the territory. Nothing against them or anything, I just cannot comprehend spending my life like that. That's like me aswell, i just struggle to take them serious Bigi seems like a great lad in videos team-mates post of him and that, then his uploads are literally just filled with religous bullshit. I mean i don't mind it, if it gets the lad by day to day and gives him a self of purpose and all that but by god it's barmy, like Think most people feel the way you both do tbh. Though, I don't. I certainly admire the guy's courage, especially considering the way most people his age carry on. Ultimately, when you look at his attitude compared to the other extreme, like a Nile Ranger, there's no question as to who the nutcase is.
Skeletor
It's really the 'only God can judge me but I'll judge you all I fucking want' types that are cretins. No problem with people who use religion in a positive way. Well also the ones who think they know every thing about the world because they read the bible. Yup, unfortunately anything can be "abused", or used the wrong way should we say. Ultimately, people's actions are ultimately what will tell you the most about what they're all about. nufc4eva
He's not wrong though. True but he was so close to saying something and just leaving it there. The Bible is the greatest work of fiction ever, and people have lived there lives by it - f***ing mental man, especially when logical people believe that God etc exists and Jesus wasn't just a scruffy tramp who told lies. Im catholic but consider myself a non-believer, although I will let my Daughter believe in god as long as she believes in Santa and Easter Bunny You can't be a catholic and a non-believer. You can say you were raised catholic but you aren't one now if your a non-believer. It's like my friend who says he doesn't believe in god but is christian because he got christened when he was a baby. That means f*** all, it's to do with your own beliefs not how you were raised. Thats what I mean, I was christened a catholic, brought up a catholic and married in a catholic church but don't believe in any of it So a social Catholic? I have a ton of friends like that who CBA about the whole religion thing anymore but enjoy the social aspect of it. I suspect that attitude is spreading rapidly as well. My wife is the social Catholic, I just go along with it. Dont attend church or any bollocks like that.

People can be strange like this. Girl I was seeing said she believed in God but believed that everything ended when we die. Odd. My wife hates it when I say bible is bollocks and god doesnt exist. She doesn't believe in magic and understands evolution and science yet still keeps up this pretense that the big fella is really there
nufc4eva
No problem with really religious people, it's when they start feeding their views to you where it gets a bit meh. Its when they knock on my fucking door badgering me to join their cult where all I wanna do is watch porn and be immoral - my life choice
henke
I find that most people i know who were raised catholic fall into two categories. 1) those who still consider themselves a left footer but can't really be arsed with it anymore and 2) those who are absolutely, 100%, violently opposed to catholicism and in fact every other religion. The latter in my opinion are equally as tiresome as the god botherers who knock on your or harass you in the street. There's a lad i work with who falls into category 2. Catholic school educated like me he has long since turned his back on organised religion, i love winding the bloke up. I honestly think his head will explode one day when he's forcibly trying to make me see the error of my ways because god doesn't really exist. Little does he know i give less of a fuck than anyone. Guest snoopythewriter
People on here keep saying that we have a great squad, and our failings are due to the manager. So... if we had Manuel Pellegrini as our manager, would we be as unstoppable as Man City?
