Foluwashola
Every decade the Irish like to turn up to a tournament for a singsong. It's dead lush.
triggs
Also if you are going to post a picture of the Irish players during that World Cup it should really be this one of Robbie Keane and Damien Duff celebrating France going out http://media.balls.ie/YToyOntzOjQ6ImRhdGEiO3M6MjU1OiJhOjQ6e3M6MzoidXJsIjtzOjEwNToiaHR0cDovL3MzLWV1LXdlc3QtMS5hbWF6b25hd3MuY29tL3N0b3JhZ2UucHVibGlzaGVycGx1cy5pZS9tZWRpYS5iYWxscy5pZS91cGxvYWRzLzIwMTAvMDYvcm9iYmlla2VhbmUuanBnIjtzOjU6IndpZHRoIjtpOjY0MDtzOjY6ImhlaWdodCI7aTozNjA7czo3OiJkZWZhdWx0IjtzOjY2OiJodHRwOi8vc3RhZ2luZy53d3cuYmFsbHMuaWUucHVibGlzaGVycGx1cy5pZS9hc3NldHMvaS9uby1pbWFnZS5wbmciO30iO3M6NDoiaGFzaCI7czo0MDoiODE2ZjQyNDg4OTAyMTAzMDYzYjczMmM2MzFhOTU5NmRiZjAzYzllNSI7fQ==/robbie-keane-and-duffer-react-to-french-world-cup-exit.jpg Absolute knackas

Probably should have qualified in 2006 under Kerr. Scotland are a bigger footballing nation than us and never qualify for anything like

SEMTEX
it's probably exciting for the people that live in the host cities tbf. What the fuck else do the people of Dublin have to look forward to in life? This little known tournament called the European Championships mate I guess it checks out that the only thing that people in Ireland have to live for is TV

Nobody
It's probably exciting for the people that live in the host cities tbf. What the fuck else do the people of Dublin have to look forward to in life? If the prices aren't too bad (they will be, am sure), I'll consider going. Shame that Messi, Neymar and Suarez probably won't all play, as I'd love to see them live. On a similar note, the EL final is played on the same stadium next year Definitely getting me a ticket for that one.
Deuce
Thought this was interesting, % of minutes played by most frequent XI across the major European leagues: http://www.espnfc.us/blog/marcotti-musings/62/post/2835470/settled-teams-like-leicester-seemingly-having-better-seasons Among the PL top 6 there's more or less a positive correlation between % of minutes and league position. Incognito
Platt > Wilshere Ince > Dier I hate Wilshere. Don't think Platt played much of 96, definitely Ince ahead of Dier though. McManaman one the right and Anderson on the left of Gazza and Ince wasn't it?
