Saying any club is has more than a chance of relegation, in September, is just daft.

Sunderland v Arsenal Sat 14 Sep

West Brom v Sunderland Sat 21 Sep

Sunderland v Peterborough    Tue 24 Sep

Sunderland v Liverpool Sun 29 Sep

Sunderland v Man Utd Sat 5 Oct

Swansea v Sunderland Sat 19 Oct

Sunderland v Newcastle Sun 27 Oct

why stop in early november, after that lot they have hull, stoke and villa away, man city chelsea and spurs at home.

West Brom win with Sessegnon getting the winner would be lovely.

So you go out with all intentions of a romantic liaison to your favourite Italian Restaurant, order starters & an exquisite Chianti. An hour later & she `s "put the bean on you"!!

....All because you overheard someone say "when she's been on the wine, she usually gives the head"

Ms Bellamy said: “She couldn’t give any reason as to why she headbutted the male, but said she tends to headbutt people, especially when she drinks wine.”

Then goes on to say...

“She does work, and it seems to be out of character, but this is disputed in the police interview. But she accepts she said this, and she has pleaded guilty."

Out of character but she does tend to headbutt people

Been reading their latest thread on SBR. Apparently he was mackem and they give him a better send off than us apparently singing his name after he died in a friendly against Celtic, as seen on YouTube is a bigger tribute than 35,000 Turning up for a SBR charity match or an actual statue being placed outside the ground. They also reckon that we drove Robson out, I along with most fans wasn't  happy with the 5th place finish, however there was no investment  in the team after the 3rd place finish and champions league run we had (something they will never experience) which was all down to Shepard and the board, we really should have kicked on after that season. Finishing 5th the season after was only seen as a failure because of the heights we were at during that period. Sunderland are proper small time, they will never understand because they will never, ever play at that level, whereas we have, we've played in the champions league, albeit 10 years ago, but they will literally never play in that competition.

I don't bother reading their SBR threads anymore because they make my blood boil. They get a little more bitter and twisted each time as slowly but surely more lies become accepted as gospel. Their last big SBR thread was fucking shameful.

i've been on and proven them wrong re sir bob many times before and to be honest most admit he was black and white, however there is a hardcore that will let it die for a bit, then raise it again when they think no one will say anything.

for anyone questioning it, listen to him on desert island discs on i player.

Paolo Di Canio fuming as Sunderland's behind-closed-doors friendly defeat to reserve side is leaked

8 Sep 2013 22:30

Paolo di Canio is fuming with his Sunderland players – after they lost a closed-door game against the ‘kids’.

The fiery Italian planned the private practice match to give his senior stars 90 minutes under their belts during the international break.

Manager Di Canio had worked hard with the team after slamming them for losing at Crystal Palace, but the latest exercise backfired.

Sunderland’s ‘big team’ were well and truly beaten 3-1 by the Under-21 side that plays in the Premier League’s Professional Development League.

Di Canio was so incensed by the performance that he went over the game in detail afterwards – and also told all the players not to mention the match had even happened.

The manager has also been left with a decision to make on right-back Phil Bardsley, who is wanted on loan by Championship side Ipswich Town.

Bardsley, 28, who has no part to play in Di Canio’s plans, will make a loan switch next month when he has recovered from a broken foot that he suffered playing for Sunderland’s Under-21 side.

Bardsley has been out of favour with Di Canio since the build-up to the final game of last season at Tottenham.

He was told by the Italian that he would not play for the club again after he was pictured lying on a pile of £50 notes at a casino two days before the game at White Hart Lane.

Last week, he was allowed to return to the club and his suspension was lifted after issuing a public apology for joking about the Black Cats’ defeat at Fulham on the opening day of the season.

After Sunderland had lost 1-0 to the Cottagers, the Scotland international posted the comment: “Great opening day. Hahahhahaha hahahhaha!!!” on social media site Instagram.
