He looked perfectly decent but seemed to be one of these players that was put on a pedestal by the press simply because he was young and English. Whether the fee is £10m, £9m or whatever, it's a lot of money for a player who's barely played for nearly 2 years. When he left Everton he looked a real prospect but can't have developed much and has had 5 hamstring injuries in the recent past. Could go either way tbh.
