These managers don't care about the age of the players they sign or the length of the contracts given because they're 90% not going to be there when the contracts finish. Wasnt including Stockdale as i thought he would be younger(27) even though he seems to have played for about 20 clubs. Terrible transfer record really. It's foolish to change managers and have to change philosophies. while its foolish for the guy who's gonna take the flak for results not to have a say in what he's working with. You appoint a manager and you trust him to make the correct choices you don't 2nd guess him and say we in the boardroom know more about football than you our manager.
