Skeletor
Today highlighted how much we need a real target man. Shola and the long ball game killed our chances of getting a goal.

Absolutely, we just need another decent stiker, alongside Remy. Full stop.

Yup he doesn't even win us headers anymore, much less offer anything on goal. It's a shame with a few quick fixes we could have a interesting season, instead we will just slide back to 9th. BrettNUFC
50,000 fans he can ram his dick up again, no thanks Rather just keep my expectations low and think he's off in the summer.
Guest
http://www.francefootball.fr/news/Dekoke-vers-newcastle/428471 Nathan Dekoke, 17 year old centre-back/left-back from St-Etienne. Out of contract in June, French, Disco Bingo all ticked. Says we've made the first offer, Fulham also interested.

Ketsbaia
Would love these Ravel Morrison rumours to be true, especially if we don't go for Ince. If we can shift Obertan & Marveaux to make room, that'll be fine.
Cajun
You just know we would spend a load getting here only for him to go completely off the rails again. I would probably avoid him despite his talent.

TRon
I'm not too fussed on whether Remy signs for us at the end of the season. It would be great if he does, but if he'd prefer to go somewhere else then it's no big loss.
Dr Venkman
Dunno like, we'd actually need two strikers then, we usually fail to get one.
Dinho lad
I remember when people weren't too fussed when Demba Ba was being linked with a move away ..... simply because Cisse was banging them in.
TRon
Dunno like, we'd actually need two strikers then, we usually fail to get one. I think his heart has to be in it to perform. If he still sees QPR as an option then you have to wonder how much he wants to be here. There again that's probably more to do with the money. He'll probably need to take a pay cut to stay here. JH
He's cleverer than Joey Barton basically. He knows there's a chance he could end up back there if they refuse to sell and so he doesn't want to look stupid saying "I will never play for QPR again" then 8 months later he's playing for QPR again. AlanSkÃrare
Struggle to see how we'd find an equal replacement for Remy. His movement has transformed our attacking play and we're unlikely to pay money who could couple that aspect of his game with his goalscoring ability. Need to sign him tbh. We'll have to up our wage ceiling to get him interested and then hope no other club decides he's not so bad after all. I could see Spurs thinking they could use a striker. One that actually scores. Felling Mag
He was our number one target last season and none of the players we've been seriously linked with since are better in that left wing/striker position. We should make signing Remy a priority.
