I guess trying to buy players with ridiculous fees is alright though. there has to be a (non-humorous) term for that kind of perverse psychology when it comes to buying/selling - in general that is not just football, when someone is utterly uninterested in a deal unless the other guy is getting completely shafted. Whatever it is, Ashley suffers from it. I have a mate like that - buys nothing unless he's pretty sure the other person is losing money or at best just desperate to break even.
